This 17th-century porcelain plate is among John Derian's trove of handpicked vintage & antique goods. Dating back to the Kangxi Period (1662–1722), the plate features a blue & white underglaze with a central floral scene with segmented floral motifs and symbols around the rim. This piece maintains a marine patina after being submerged in water for over three centuries before its recovery during a historical shipwreck salvage excavation.
